A good teacher, a good school and a good student is what makes a good education.
What is education? Most people regard it as a process of learning. Yes, that is correct, but that is only scraping the surface. Education is the gaining of knowledge, morals, and values. And it is far more important than what everyone normally thinks. Education is not just a journey, it is a key, it is a tool. Education is not just about school and learning algebra. Education is about helping you move a step further.
Now, to start, what are the benefits of education? Primarily, it rewards you with the gift of knowledge. You learn about the detailed workings of life and you learn what is right and what is wrong. In education, you fall and you rise. There is no escalator or lift, there are only stairs that are everlasting. And that is right. The stairs never end, because education is about learning, and learning is forever. Secondly, education impacts our economy. Education offers job opportunities, and it is a path to a great future. It helps promote prosperity. Moving on to my next point, empowerment. Education gives everyone equal chances. However, it teaches us ethics too. It teaches us to be friends with everyone, no matter their race, religion, etc. It teaches us to make better choices. Next, education is what helps us develop personally. It builds us a staircase that we can step on. It gives us confidence, joy, and strength, it gives us the feeling to never give up, to always be curious. Lastly, education gives us a brilliant life. It teaches us on how to be diverse, it teaches us on how to be environmentally conscious and healthy. In the end, it is a key, to so many things, such as harmony, wisdom, and success. It is beauty, in some way.
Moving on, there are several types and ways of education. However, the one type of education that is the most renowned is school education. For most, there is where they start to write and read. At school, this is where students learn their talents, and develop their basic skills. This is where their mindset of the world starts forming and this is where they meet friends. This is where children starts gaining skills, like diligence, leadership, etc. Therefore, school is particularly important. Unfortunately, not everyone agrees. A lot of students do not acknowledge their privilege. They disdain school, and only puts in minimum effort. They would say that they do not have to learn Maths, or there is no point in Geography, but that is because they have not experience being unfortunate yet. Referring to UNESCO, one out of five children are out of school, and despite heartfelt promises, this statistic remains accurate. Hence, all of us should appreciate what we have, for there are many other people who will willingly attend school, without any disagreement or reluctance. Let us all encourage quality education by learning more and spreading the support.
Expanding on types of education, another form of education is awareness. Whenever we read books or articles or see speeches about spreading awareness of important matters, we are being educated. And that knowledge is precious because it helps us know morals. That awareness is important as it aids all of us in achieving a greater, and improved world.
Finally, why should we bring awareness to education? This is because everyone deserves education, and if we alert people more about education, we are helping others on obtaining good education as well. We are helping everyone to get a valuable privilege that will last forever. Therefore, as a conclusion, we should invest our time and efforts into education and spreading it, because in the end, everything will pay off.
